Allan A. Eimert joins the Board of Directors for Milestone Systems.
Copenhagen, May 2005 - Milestone Systems A/S, the global leader of IP video surveillance software development, announces the addition of Allan A. Eimert to the Board of Directors.
Milestone Systems continues to grow extremely fast, a fact that is proven in ever-increasing sales and new reseller partners worldwide. Now, the company is augmenting the Board of Directors with a powerful new member to help manage its strategic direction. Allan A. Eimert has accumulated significant expertise and networks in important international security markets, which will inform his contributions to Milestone Systems.
Mr. Eimert has been employed at the NATO Supreme Headquarters for Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE). He has also been the Managing Director of Development for Eska Systems A/S, a Nordic producer of advanced monitoring systems for NATO and other western forces. Before that, he was the Sales Director of Development for Alreso Electronica BV in The Netherlands, producer of advanced communication, command, control, and security systems to industry and governments. Prior to that, Mr. Eimert was Division Manager at Dansk Data Elektronik A/S (DDE), working with computer solutions for the publishing sector, where he was also responsible for sales and management of the company's subsidiaries in New Zealand, Belgium, United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, Norway, and Germany. Thereafter, Eimert was President and CEO for ITI, Inc., a producer of satellite communications solutions and high-end security systems for the government sector, with headquarters in Virginia, USA, and subsidiaries in 30 countries. For the past 10 years, Mr. Eimert has been the founder, President and CEO for European Search Group, Int'l, a high level recruitment company with offices in 14 countries including Europe, Asia and USA.
