Netcordia Solutions Integral in WIN-T ‘s shift from Increment 1a to Increment 1b Netcordia, a leading provider of network automation software, is providing critical technology to assist the warfighter in in-theater communication. Netcordia's NetMRI solves many of the network connectivity challenges faced by the warfighter, through the U.S. Army's Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) program. This technology was included in increment 1a of WIN-T, and is also included in Increment 1b, which is currently being deployed. WIN-T is the Army's incremental, mobile, high-speed communications network, which will ultimately enable the warfighter to access mission-critical information on-the-move. The program will be deployed throughout the next decade and beyond and is currently transitioning to Increment 1b by enhancing networking at-the-halt capabilities. Netcordia's NetMRI is assisting with this transition by providing easily deployable network management capabilities, targeting problem areas to eliminate network downtime. NetMRI will be deployed as part of the WIN-T baseline into Increment 2 via a recent multi-million dollar contract expansion with General Dynamics, the prime on the contract. As further increments of the program are aligned, Netcordia will continue to focus on meeting the changing requirements around functionality, training and platform deployment for the modular force.
