IXSEA launches ELICS 100-400 Dual Frequency Digital Side Scan Sonar at Euronaval 2008
IXSEA launches ELICS 100-400 at EURONAVAL which takes place at Paris-Le Bourget exhibition center from 27 to 31 October 2008. It is a turnkey, all-in-one and ready-to-use sonar package based on a high-performance dual-frequency digital side scan sonar, a powerful logging software, 100 meter tow cable, a topside transceiver unit and a data acquisition PC.
This light, rugged and compact sonar is user friendly, intuitive and offers one-man deployment in just a few minutes. ELICS 100-400 is designed to work in conjunction with Delph Sonar Interpretation software and is compatible with most sonar processing software.
ELICS 100-400 applications include: pipe and cable route; search and recovery; route and harbour surveys; mine hunting (MCM); environmental and archaeological surveys; geophysical survey; dredging and debris clearance.
