Codan UK Limited announce they have achieved a significant United Nations contract win Codan design and manufacture an extensive range of transceivers that combines current technology with the intuitive "ease of use" which has become synonymous with Codan HF equipment. In addition to providing all common modes of transmission, the Codan range can be supplied with most currently used 4 & 6 Digit Selective Call formats plus FED-STD 1045 and Mil STD 188-141B Automatic Link Establishment. All Codan transceivers are lightweight, extremely strong and sealed in an aluminium case; all transceivers meet MIL STD 810F for drop, dust, temperature, shock and vibration. The Codan range of transceivers can be deployed in either a desktop 125 Watt base and vehicle mount or a 25 Watt Manpack, a wide range of accessories are also available from Codan including 1kW PA, Remote Control, VHF/UHF X-Patch and GPS Vehicle Tracking.
